Hotel Room Blocks

We understand that each family has unique preferences and needs when it comes to accommodations. With this in mind, we've carefully selected hotels that will suit the majority of our club members, providing opportunities for quality community time outside of the gym during away tournaments.

    Staying within the Lions Room Block allows you to enjoy the Lions community in unique ways during tournaments. Players and families can enjoy time together in common areas during off game times, mornings and evenings.

  • Room Types

    In choosing hotels for the club, we considered factors such as cost, proximity to gyms, room size (accommodating 4 or 6 guests), complimentary breakfast, in-room amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, or kitchenette, the layout of common areas for gatherings, cleanliness, indoor pool, on-site laundry, fitness facilities, and more.

  • Flexibility

    One significant advantage of booking within our room block is the flexibility it offers. You can reserve your room months in advance without any upfront cost and still have the option to adjust your reservation or the number of nights closer to the tournament, without penalty.

Ft. Wayne Guard Invitation (FWGIT)

  • Location: 2.7 miles (about a 7-minute drive) to SportOne and close to most gyms.

Homeschool Nationals

  • Reservation Details: Held by credit card, with payment due at the time of stay. Room block cut-off date is February 15, 2026
  • Check-in/Check-out: 3:00 PM / 12:00 PM
  • Location: Convenient access to most gyms, highways, and nearby restaurants and shopping (Walmart, Aldi, etc.)
  • Amenities: Free hot breakfast, indoor pool, fitness room, meeting room reserved for the Lions, microwave & mini-fridge in each room, onsite laundry (coin-operated)

If a tournament room block is full (i.e. booking links below will not allow your reservation to process) and you would like to make a reservation, you can:

  1. Contact us at info@northsidelions.org. We will contact the hotel directly to see if additional rooms are available.
  2. Contact the hotel directly and they can manually add your room to the full block if additional rooms are available. Be sure to tell them you are with the Northside Lions Room Block.
